In this class you will learn how to simplify healthy eating while we make a 3 course meal with all fresh, mostly local, healthful ingredients. We’ll chop together and discuss healthy tips and tricks including meal prep ideas and shopping savvy. Then we will all sit down together and share the food we have created with a glass of wine or a soft drink with our new friends. Join us!
